> Entryway/hallway leading to a sleeping area (removable 90-cm bunk bed). Please note that once opened, the passageway is narrow. It is therefore necessary to close it every day. Very quick and easy to use.
> Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, hair straightener)
> Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, combination oven and microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.)
> Living room (Smart TV, Wi-Fi) with dining area (seats 4) and access to the balcony (deck chairs)
> Guest bathroom
A private parking space and a ski locker are also available.

A quiet area despite its close proximity to city centre St. Gervais (5-minute walk) and various public transport options. Various shops and restaurants are within 500 metres, and the tourist office is nearby. A children’s playground is on the way.

Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the residence’s car park.
As for public transport, the Mont Blanc tram is a 2-minute walk away and serves the slopes in Les Houches: Motivon, Col de Voza, and Bellevue, the line’s terminus. You’re also a 5-minute walk from the main gondola, the Valeen, which provides direct access to the slopes. The St. Gervais thermal baths are accessible via the thermal baths lift, which is free and also a 5-minute walk away.
