Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, east facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop "La Combe" 120 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 9.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Tennis 6 km, sports centre 6 km, chair lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended.  
"Lou Pitatas Marmottons", 3-room terraced house 44 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave). Sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler.
