It offers unforgettable moments for those looking to explore authentic places and enjoy the beauty of a region that is still unspoilt.<br><br>-INTERNAL RULES:<br><br>In order to preserve the comfort of our cottage and guarantee your safety, we have established a few simple rules. They allow us to offer you a pleasant stay, season after season, and holidaymaker after holidaymaker. Your cooperation is essential to maintain this friendly and respectful spirit.<br><br><br>- Arrival in the gîte:<br> on Saturday at 4 pm and departure on Saturday morning before 10 am, please let us know if the schedules vary.<br><br>- No smoking:<br> For the comfort of all, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottage, including on the wooden terraces (+ PVC membrane upstairs)<br><br> - Respect for the premises and equipment:<br> We ask that you take care of the goods at your disposal as well as their fittings. Please leave the surfaces (including walls), toilets, kitchen, appliances and barbecue in a clean and good condition.<br><br>-Maintenance accessories: <br>Maintenance accessories are available to help you keep the space clean and comfortable during your stay.<br><br>Bed linen and towels:<br> Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Towels should not be used to remove sun cream products and waterproof makeup, or other use leaves irreversible stains. <br><br>-Security on the upstairs terrace:<br> For safety reasons, it is forbidden to climb on the stainless steel cables located at the level of the terrace upstairs. This poses a fall hazard and can damage the cables by loosening them.<br><br>-<br>Kindness and honesty: <br>We thank you in advance for being kind and honest by reporting any breakage or damage to us so that we can remedy it quickly.<br><br>Cleaning and maintenance:<br>We are counting on your cooperation to leave the premises in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. If the cleaning carried out does not meet the minimum hygiene standards, an additional fee for cleaning and maintenance hours will be charged<br><br>-Responsible consumption <br> In order to encourage more responsible consumption, electricity and water metre readings will be taken. In case of overconsumption or non-compliance with the rules mentioned above, additional fees may be applied.<br><br>Cold Weather Co-payment: A co-payment will be charged during colder periods to cover additional costs related to energy consumption.<br><br>-Personal insurance:<br>The holidaymaker is responsible for all damage occurring through his or her own fault. It is essential that the holidaymaker takes out personal insurance covering the period of his or her stay at our gîte. This guarantees protection in the event of the unexpected.<br><br>-Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the rate, provided that the premises are left in an acceptable state of hygiene.
