A deux pas de la mer, maison au calme se composant d'un séjour avec télévision écran plat/ wifi, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et aménagée ( plaque gaz,micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et sa partie congélateur, four électrique), d'une première chambre deux couchages (1x160), d'une deuxième chambre deux couchages (1x140), d'un WC indépendant, d'une salle d'eau avec douche cabine, d'une troisième chambre avec 4 couchages ( lits superposés 2x90), d'une buanderie indépendante avec lave-linge.  
 A l'extérieur, grand jardin clos arboré de pins, terrasse et mobilier de jardin, plancha électrique. Stationnement dans la propriété.  
  
Le plus de cette location à la mer : Plage familiale à proximité, jardin clos et privé, WIFI gratuit, parking sur le terrain, pistes cyclables à proximité immédiate et à deux pas du centre de Domino, animaux admis.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Jolie location

La maison est propre et bien équipé, tout le matériel présent fonctionne bien. L'emplacement est bon à coté du marché couvert de Cheray, de la Cotinière et accès direct sur les pistes cycables. L'océan à environ 500 m.
