### Cozy studio 5 pers. at the slopes

Charming 32 m² studio / T1 duplex apartment for 5 people, an invitation to travel, with east-facing balcony and views of the ski area.  
  
\- On level 6 with lift (the ground floor is accessed via the 3rd floor)  
  
\- Living room with kitchen area, 140 cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV.  
  
\- The kitchen area is functional and well-equipped with dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, electric hob, mini-oven and microwave, raclette machine, crêpe party and all the necessary cleaning equipment (hoover, broom).  
  
\-- Mountain area in the duplex with a bunk bed and a single bed.  
  
\- Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.  
  
All our flats have a dedicated ski locker at the bottom of each building.  
  
None of our accommodation has wifi.  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Baby chair : 15.0 € per stay  
 . Baby cot : 20.0 € per stay

In the heart of the Maurienne Valley at an altitude of 1650m, Saint François Longchamp is a resort with a mountain spirit where life is good. From the panoramic viewpoint you can admire the Cheval Noir massif, the Lauzière massif and the Belledonne mountain range. Not forgetting, of course, the magnificent view of the Italian side of Mont Blanc from the Col de la Madeleine (at an altitude of 2,000 metres). The ski area boasts top-quality snow cover, accessible to skiers of all abilities and for all levels of ability. Between the Maurienne and Tarentaise regions, the Saint-François Longchamp ski area and its neighbour Valmorel form the GRAND DOMAINE around the famous Col de la Madeleine. Skiers can play leapfrog over 1300 m of vertical drop in one of Savoie's premier ski areas. If you're a fan of cold snow and sunshine, get your sun cream ready: Saint-François Longchamp is THE "ski-and-sun" spot!
