"Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in dem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen worden und die Übergebe Lief (auf französisch und Englisch) herzlich und reibungslos. Das Haus war für uns (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) perfekt. Platz wäre sogar für 6 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Zum Strand hat es ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Können das Haus mit Pool nur empfehlen. "

"Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided...

"We had a wonderful stay in this rural Basque house. It was clean, spacious and well equipt. Amazing views across to Etxalar. The garden was a little over grown. We enjoyed the short steep walk into town to the bars and shops. Access to the property by car was a little challenging and not for the nervious driver. We would throughly recommend this property."

"Bien situé pour les visites.Très calme ,grand jardin, grande maison.Belle vue.Bonnes literies. Matériel de cuisine en partie vétuste ( frigo, cafetière) , quelques indispensables basiques qui manquent (ciseaux, couteaux de cuisine, couverts à salade, rouleau à pâtisserie…), et un ménage superficiel dans la cuisine."

"De superbes vacances au pays basque dans la charmante maison très bien équipée de Franck. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados, et nous avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz (15 minutes à pieds sans forcer). La proximité avec le pôle jeunesse n’est pas un problème, notez quand même que la maison est mitoyenne d’un côté avec une isolation vraisemblablement un peu faible. Les voisins sont très discrets mais côté vacanciers, il ne faut...
