La résidence est calme et bien située. La location est fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire. La douche venait d'être refaite, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de vmc ou d'ouverture. La cour est agréable pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur. De plus le parking avec l'emplacement réservé est juste à côté ce qui est pratique.
