Living room with sofa bed 140, TV, large bay window with electric roller shutter. Shower room (shower cubicle) with toilet. A small bedroom with 1 bed 140, wardrobe. Accommodation facing south / west with unobstructed view of the park and the street. Secure parking n ° 101 at the foot of the building inside the residence. Digicode, green spaces. 2 minutes walk from the port, its restaurants and its entertainment. PETS ALLOWED
