Located on the ground floor, the 45m² air-conditioned flat is laid out as follows: An entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-ring electric hob, etc.) A bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed and storage cupboard, lounge area with double sofa bed and cabin with two single bunk beds. The icing on the cake is a magnificent 22 m² south-facing terrace equipped with an awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and an electric barbecue. The bonus: direct access to the marina via the terrace gate. Close to shops at the Capellans shopping centre (650 m) and Pont Tournant beach (950 m), and for sports enthusiasts, the Grand Stade des Capellans (1.4 km). Private parking space and communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to change).
