The Athena residence, ideally located on the seafront and Place Maillol, offers apartments with sea views.  
  
This holiday apartment on the 2nd floor includes a living room with a double fold-down bed and a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, as well as a television. It also features a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.  
  
The advantages of this seaside rental: immediate proximity to the town center, the beach, shops, and entertainment; washing machine; television; loggia with garden furniture and a partial sea view.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.  
  
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be reserved by contacting the agency 10 days before your arrival.  
Pets are welcome in this rental for an additional fee; please let us know in advance.

#### Trop cher pour la qualité reçue

Appartement très sale, joint de carrelage noir, amas de poussière sur le sommier, matelas sale,et retouné... Pas de micro ondes ou de bouilloire. Nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant photos a l'appui. Nous payons le ménage, il n' est pas fait... Tout bénef pour le sous traitant. Bref, vu le prix payé, autant aller a l'hôtel. Une procédure est en cours. Sinon du positif quand-même. Saint Cyprien est une petite ville sympa, appartement très bien situé. Dommage...
