Located on the 5th floor with elevator, beautiful 2-room cabin apartment with air conditioning of approx. 42m² equipped for 4/6 people. Entrance opening onto living room with superb view of the port and the sea, east exposure, dining area with TV, reversible air conditioning, BZ sofa in 140\. Semi-separate kitchenette with 2 vitro hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, teapot, fridge-freezer. A bedroom with 1 bed 140 and closed loggia facing the Port (Small cabinet with mini-oven). A cabin with 2 trundle beds 80\. Shower room with shower cubicle, washing machine and toilet. Secure parking n° 506 at the foot of the building. Wooded park for children at the back of the residence. PETS ALLOWED.

On the 1st line of the Port, residence on 6 floors with elevator, intercom. East or West exposure. Some apartments have a breathtaking view of the port and the sea, others have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees mountain range and the Canigou. Residence overlooking the entertainment, restaurants, shops and the beach at the front. At the back on the secure private parking and a wooded park with games for children. Ideal for a car-free holiday!!!
