Facing the beach, it features a 2.84m² east-facing balcony furnished with a small outdoor set. The main room comprises a living room with a low sideboard, a table with 4 chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a 140cm sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen (L-shaped) includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, and microwave/grill. A utility room with a washing machine and cleaning kit is also provided. There is a separate bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail, a small wardrobe, and a separate WC. A vacuum cleaner is also included.
