Beautiful renovated kitchen area, well-equipped: 2 gas burners, fridge-freezer, 2 Senseo and Nespresso electric coffee makers, microwave-oven combo, dishwasher. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), large closet, fan. Tiled shower room with washing machine, semi-separate toilet. Spacious and functional apartment. Residence with intercom. Secure parking #40, just steps from the residence. Close to shops, 400m from the port and 300m from the beach. Boules pitch 100m away. No elevator. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
