Entrance with cupboards, well-equipped American-style kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave grill… Air-conditioned living room of approx. 32m² with sofa, TV + DVD, opening onto raised terrace with manual roller blind. A bedroom with 1 bed 150 and wardrobe. A 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160, wardrobe and TV. A 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90, small office and wardrobe. Shower room with toilet, 2nd separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and access to the garage. Beautiful 2-sided garden with plancha, wooden garden furniture, deckchairs.
