It features an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, oven, and microwave/grill. The air-conditioned living room (approx. 32 sq m) includes a sofa, TV and DVD player, and opens onto a raised terrace with a manual roller blind. There is one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a wardrobe, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV, and a third bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm), a small desk, and a wardrobe.
