Our rental is equipped for the comfort and the rest of all the family, it will propose you: For a pleasant stay for young and old the accommodation offers an Internet connection and private WIFI access. Its 35m2 exterior, with synthetic lawn, barbecue and garden furniture for 6 people will make you enjoy the leniency of the Pyrenees Orientales. Charmante résidence, à quelques pas de la mer. Les plages sont grandes et vous y trouverez tout l espace nécessaire pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. La location est très agréable, la clim un vrai plus , très bien équipé. Les vélos sont également appréciables , vous pouvez circuler dans tout saint cyprien sans danger. Un vrai havre de paix , le seul bémol mais qui est lié aux circonstances actuelles, nous n avons pas eu accès à la piscine. Le jardin est spacieux, le barbecue top et le store électrique vous protège du soleil toute la journée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est réuni ici pour passer un excellent séjour. Contact facile avec les propriétaires, accueil très sympathique. Idéalement situé puisqu'il est à moins de 500m de la plage, le top! Dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine et parking privé. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque RIEN! Tout est pensé pour que l'on profite et que l'on passe de très bonnes vacances. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La possibilité d'avoir des vélos est un plus, pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Petits commerces à proximité, très appréciable. Néanmoins,nous nous sommes trouvés à l'étroit .Aucune photo ne laisse apparaître qu'il n'est pas possible de contourner le lit ,ce qui oblige à passer par la pièce à vivre (cuisine) pour rejoindre toilettes et salle de bain (pas cool)! Sur la mezzanine, il vaut mieux ne pas mesurer plus 1m60 sinon (aïe);celle ci est ouverte et laisse peu d'intimité aux personnes qui l'occupent. Charmante maisonnette idéalement située dans la résidence, proche de la mer, de la piscine, de la marina et des commerces. Quant à l'équipement et ustensiles dans la maison, que dire?? TOUT Y EST!! Tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances (de la cuisine à l'extérieur!). Connexion wi-fi (indispensable pour nos jeunes ados !!). Nous y sommes allés en octobre et avons pu profité de la terrasse ensoleillée! La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les vélos sont appréciables pour des balades le long de la mer ou faire quelques emplettes en ville. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques! L'accueil s'est bien déroulé! Nous avons pu profité un maximum de nos vacances avec un logement très mignon et très bien situé. Le soleil était au rendez-vous ce qui a également égayé nos vacances. Le petit jardin avec la terrasse et le barbecue sont parfait. La piscine est très agréable et la mer à proximité permet d’en profiter tous les jours !! Bei unserer Ankunft war alles schön eingerichtet, die Betten angezogen und die zusätzlich gebuchte Handwäsche lag auch bereit. Die Dusche funktioniert!!! Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt (Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien usw.) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung auch von den Besitzern genutzt wird. Alles was man braucht ist da, das lässt einem auch grosszügig darüber hinweg sehen, dass etwas wenig Abstellfläche zur Verfügung steht für uns Gäste, sei es in den Schränken oder in der Wohnküche. Am Morgen holten die Kinder das frische Brot beim nahen Bäcker und wir konnten auf dem sonnigen Sitzplatz frühstücken. Mit den Velos erkundeten wir die nähere Umgebung. Da das Gelände flach ist, war es egal, dass die Gangschaltung nicht bei allen Velos funktionierte. Grössere Strecken legten wir mit den Auto zurück, auf dem Rückweg haben wir in den diversen Läden des Ortes eingekauft. Jetzt im Herbst boten die Sträucher etwas Schatten am nahen Strand, übrigens einer der schöneren Strände in der Umgebung, wie wir fanden. Unsere Töchter freuten sich über den reichbestückten Schrank auf dem Sitzplatz mit Spielsachen und Liegemätteli und waren so am Strand beschäftigt. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahe und fernere Umgebung zu erkunden (35 km bis zur spanischen Grenze) aber auch schön, um einfach mal einen Ruhetag im Garten zu verbringen. ##### Christine S. Un emplacement idéal pour passer des vacances zen avec de jeunes enfants! Une petite maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque, mais le vrai plus c'est la terrasse et le jardinet très agréables pour prendre les repas et passer des moments calmes entre 2 baignades à la piscine ou à la plage accessibles à pieds en quelques minutes. Nous avons passés un super séjour , nous étions 5 et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les personnes qui nous ont reçues étaient charmantes et bienveillantes. Nos échanges avec les propriétaires nous ont permis d'arriver sereins et TOUT est conforme avec les photos et descriptions. Une vrais déconnexion et déjà l'envie de revenir pour un séjour un peu plus long.Nous en parlerons autour de nous. Les Vélos un vrai PLUS.
