Les stores de la véranda inutilisables, éclairage véranda HS. Le salon de jardin véranda sale. Voila un petit résumé de ce que nous avons trouvé et que nous avons signalé à l'agence \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* mais qui n'a pas bougé et de plus la télévision fonctionnait de temps en temps. Beau logement, bien équipé en électroménager. Mais le confort pourrait être amélioré : - Le lit de la chambre principale grince beaucoup et le matelas se fait vieux - A défaut d'être équipé d'une clim, il faudrait envisager de l'équiper de ventilateurs. L'accès aux toilettes est très étroit. Manque 1 ou 2 transats. Le bémol est également la prise en charge par une agence de la ville qui n'est pas à l'écoute des locataires. Et petite surprise, les états des lieux se font par les locataires, l'agence passe quand nous sommes partis, donc la caution est renvoyé 3 à 4 semaines plus tard, en espérant que ce soit bien le cas. ---
