Comprising a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa (sleeps 2) opening onto a 12 m² courtyard, 1 bedroom (sliding door) with a double bed (140 cm).  
  
1 shower room, WC. Upstairs, a low mezzanine (1.20 m ceiling height) with a double bed (sleeps 2).  
  
Amenities: washing machine, microwave, TV, garden furniture, awning, fan.  
  
Non-smoking accommodation.  
Pets allowed (30 € fee).  
Security deposit: 350 €.  
Linens not provided (available for rent upon request).  
End-of-stay cleaning not included (optional).
