Les bons côtés : la mer a proximité, la piscine et la terrasse. Les chiens sont tolérés et non acceptés (chaque jour une remarque sur le fait qu'il soit en laisse et oui j'ai lu le règlement !). Les jeunes enfants sont acceptés mais n'ont pas le droit de jouer dans l'enceinte de la résidence. Il faut aller à l'extérieur. Heureusement que le portail n'est pas loin.
