Private parking on site. 50 m² enclosed terrace and garden (east-facing). Ground floor: living room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), fitted kitchen/dining area, and separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair on request, electric car charging point. Included: bed linen.
