Direct access to the beach without road to cross. Beach supervised the summer. Private beach at the foot of the residence with games for children.
Residence with caretaker and game rooms (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a mini-golf and a library.
Private parking and secure storage for bicycles or sailboards. Possibility to rent an optional garage.

Ideally located, you will enjoy swimming and fishing on foot. A coastal path accessible from the residence will offer beautiful walks between sea and forest (forest next to the residence).
