    Located in a quiet residential area, on the border between Tours and Saint-Avertin, the geographical location is ideal!

    This spacious three-bedroom house can accommodate up to 6 people. You will also have an enclosed courtyard that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, perfect for stays with family, friends or for workers on the move.

    You will enjoy a spacious living room with a living room and a dining area. Open to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, etc. .)
