It is very well equiped for large groups ... We had a wonderful time in this castle. It is very well equiped for large groups, with a lot of decent kitchen equipment that makes it very nice to cook with the entire group. (we we're 14). All bedrooms have an en-suite bath room. This is of course a castle, so do not expect a very modern interiour, but a very cosy decoration in each room, a good fit to the house.. Responsiveness from the owners is extremely good. We had an issue with the electricity, not related to the house, but to EDF. Stephanie responded immediatelly, contacted a technician that came by in 20 minutes and even the mayor of the village came by to check if everything was ok. We stayed during the end of year period, the castle was nice and warm. Die Sanitäranlagen können in diesem Zustand nicht mehr vermietet werden. Wir waren in einer kühlen Woche im Mai hier und es war drinnen sehr kalt, es war fast unmöglich, es zu heizen. Der Eigentümer schaltete die Heizung im Keller ein, was jedoch separat bezahlt werden musste (und es blieb <18 Grad). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist gut, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was aber den völligen Mangel an Komfort in allen Bereichen nicht ausgleicht. Schließlich haben wir diesen Ort mit 15 Personen (unserer Großfamilie) gebucht, aber weder im Speisesaal noch im Gesprächsraum können sie Platz finden. Das Gartenzimmer ist aufgeräumt, wir konnten es nicht nutzen. Der Vermieter oder BelVilla hätte dies viel besser kommunizieren sollen. Es atmet Geschichte auf Schritt und Tritt. Wir haben im Rahmen einer Familienzusammenkunft ein gemeinsames Wochenende im Haus verbracht und dazu war es mit seinem grossen Umschwung ideal. Wir schätzen auch, dass uns der wunderbare Swimmingpool bereits Ende Mai zur Verfügung stand. Leider war unsere Erfahrung in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit der Liegenschaft und die Organisation nicht so gut. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt, obwohl von den Mietern eine Reinigungsgebühr von 150 € erhoben wird. Die Eingangstreppe, die Böden, der Weg zum Pool und das gesamte Gartenmobiliar musste von uns bei unserem Eintreffen von Laub und Schmutz befreit werden. Alle Glässer, Teller, Besteck, Platten usw. mussten wir vor dem Gebrauch erst reinigen. Ebenso Herd und Ofen. Obwohl wir gemäss Buchung über acht Schlafzimmer verfügten, standen nur deren sieben zur Verfügung. Ein Mitreisender musste deshalb im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Agentur bellvilla ist mit Abstand einer der schlechtesten, mit der wir je gebucht haben. Wir wurden ignoriert oder mit Lügen abgefertigt. Wir empfehlen fewo-direkt deshalb, die Zusammenarbeit mit bellvilla einzustellen. ##### Matthias G. We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het chateau in Saint-Aubin-sur-Loire. Het is erg mooi gelegen en geschikt voor grotere groepen die van een week rust willen genieten in en rondom een sfeervol chateau. Met mooi weer biedt het zwembad welkome verkoeling en vermaak, maar ook op de regenachtige dagen hebben we ons binnenshuis prima vermaakt in de grote, lichte serre en de ruime woonkamer. Het pand ademt historie en alles is aanwezig om een week lang voor een grote groep te koken. Er is verder in de omgeving niet bijzonder veel te beleven maar dat was voor ons geen enkel bezwaar gezien het aanwezige vermaak. Ondanks het feit dat het landhuis aan een weg langs de rand van een dorpje ligt hadden we een goed gevoel van privacy en hoefden we niet bang te zijn om eventueel geluidsoverlast te veroorzaken bij het zwembad. Het onderhoud laat wel wat te wensen over; de verf bladdert van het plafond, het huis ligt vol smoezelige tapijten en een groot deel van het meubilair is krakkemikkig. De bedden zijn niet per se comfortabel te noemen en het beddengoed is aan vervanging toe. Gezien de prijs die je betaalt voor een week zou een grondige opknapbeurt niet te veel gevraagd zijn; het schoonmaken van de schimmel in de badkamers zou al een goed begin zijn. Bij het uitchecken werden we erg vriendelijk te woord gestaan door een van de eigenaresses. Echter, deze was ons inziens te kritisch op de staat waarin wij het huis achter hadden gelaten, zeker gezien de suboptimale staat van hygiëne waarin wij zelf het chateau betraden de zaterdag ervoor. Dit leverde verder gelukkig geen problemen op met de afhandeling van de borg. Jahrhundert hat viel von seinem ursprünglichen Charakter bewahrt und liegt in einem von außen nicht einsehbaren, riesigen Grundstück, das etwas verwildert ist und mit den teilweise verfallenen Wirtschaftsgebäuden im Wald einen etwas morbiden Charme hat. Die großen Zimmer haben alle einen sehr individuellen Charakter und teilweise den originalen Innenausbau (Wandschränke, textile Tapeten etc.). Mängel in der Reinigung der Küche (man fragt sich, was unsere Vorgänger dort veranstaltet haben) wurden umgehend behoben. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Luxusimmobilie, dafür müsste vor allem das Mobiliar im Erdgeschoss erneuert werden, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall, wenn man viel Platz, Ruhe, einen eigenen Pool und alte Gemäuer schätzt. ##### Tobias E. Er is voldoende materiaal aanwezig in de keuken. De eigenares is een zeer charmante dame. Het sneller betreden van de woning (immens groot en dus is er echt wel tijd nodig om te poetsen), was voor de poetsvrouw ook onmiddellijk het sein om te vertrekken, wat eigenlijk spijtig was. Er hingen heel wat spindraden ( echt niet van één week), de werkbladen in de keuken plakten.. Ik wou de lieve mevrouw zeggen dat ze een prachtig gebouw heeft, maar dat haar personeel haar in de luren legt. Maar de poetsvrouw bleef angstvallig bij het gesprek aanwezig en haar relatie met de eigenares leek mij eerder amicaal. Dus, moeten ze het zelf maar uitvissen, dacht ik. De tuinen het zwembad maakt echter heel veel goed. Ook de pracht van het gebouw en de accommodatie van de slaapkamers, met goede bedden. Mooie en aangename tuin ontbijten, avondeten ... onder de bomen mooi zwembad rustig... Ruime kamers, degelijk en voldoende sanitair. Eén grote koelkast met vriesvak is wat beperkt voor drank en maaltijden voor 14 personen. Tof dat er een biljart is. Jammer dat die erg versleten is. Ruime zithoek. Jammer dat de zetels versleten zijn en zelfs onfris ruiken. Voldoende materiaal en keukengerief maar de tassen, glazen, potten... waren niet voldoende schoon gemaakt. Wij hadden geluk dat we steeds buiten konden zitten. Bij regenweer is de eethoek binnen te klein. Dan moet de veranda zeker in gebruik genomen worden. Algemeen zijn we toch wel erg tevreden en ook als sportieve fietsers hebben genoten van de ruime omgeving met mooie vlakke fietspaden langs de Loire maar ook van de pittige klimmetjes in een groene, ruimere omgeving. Een klein beetje meer zorg (onderhoud) en vernieuwing van enkele zaken (biljart, zetels ...) en het verwijderen van overtollige 'rommel' zou ons oordeel helemaal positief zijn. We hebben 2 keer gegolfd op de golfbaan bij Bourbon Lancy een aangename leuke 9 holes baan. Verder zijn uitstapjes in de omgeving gemaakt. La ... Nous avons passé une semaine vacances au Lambeys avec 6 enfants en bas age. La maison est très agréable car grande, avec beaucoup de commodités, la cuisine est très bien équipée pour faire les repas pour nombreux. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de salle de bain en bon état. le salon la salle à manger et la cuisine permettent d'etre en intérieur à nombreux. Le jardin est très spacieux, la piscine agréable et équipée de transat. La maison est située dans un petit village tout près de bourbon lancy ou se trouvent supermarchés, boulangeries, pharmacies....la voie verte permet de très bonnes balades à vélo ainsi que footing. La maison est très agréable mais manque un peu de soin malgré les 140euros exigés pour le ménage. La vaiselle était salle à notre arrivée. la système de fermeture de la piscine ne fonctionnait plus ce qui n'est pas idéal avec des enfants de moins de 4 ans. Aucun parasol de fonctionnait.
