"Nice room, the coffee in the lobby is good. The customer service is slightly interesting. Stayed here four nights. The first three were fine. They have an ev charger and no where in the property it says they charge for using it. The guy comes out and says he was going to get the car towed for leaving it on the charger. He could have said please remove it or please pay for it. The courtesy of the front desk was slightly uncomfortable. Next year we won't stay here. We've stayed at a lot of hotels where ev charging is available for hotel clients. This may not be the norm at this place but definitely could have communicated in a more professional manner.
