### Cozy Modern Apartment Near Sagunto Beach with Balcony and A/C
In one of the most picturesque and flavorful streets of the Port of Sagunto, one of those streets with practically no traffic, just a stone's throw from the sea, and where the neighbors still go out in the afternoons, to the door of their houses, and take its chairs to sit when it gets cold, this charming modern apartment is located with all the comforts.
The apartment, on the first floor, has an elevator. Upon entering we find on our left the kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped, and the living room with its small but delicious balcony that overlooks the neighborhood of town houses. Air conditioning, Smart TV, a large comfortable sofa bed and careful decoration turn this apartment into a haven of tranquility and rest, perfect for your vacation or work stay. To the right from the hall we have a complete bathroom with a shower with a screen and, in the back, the main room also with air conditioning and natural light.
A perfect home for a couple on a getaway, a family with one or two small children, or even two couples who want to optimize their stay.
And all this just 350 meters from the sand of one of the best beaches in the east. Puerto de Sagunto Beach is a great place from which to enjoy the coastline of this city so full of history, presided over by a magnificent castle and with a number of incredible vestiges from its Roman era.
Puerto de Sagunto Beach is a beach of very fine sand, more than a kilometer long, where the water is usually very clean and bordered by dunes. Its promenade gives it a very lively character! There you can find numerous restaurants where you can eat or refresh yourself.
On this beach you can enjoy sports and children's facilities, and its safety and leisure offer is truly complete: there you will find rescue, parking, showers and toilets, umbrellas and hammocks and places to rent equipment for excursions at sea, for example with paddle surfing, etc.
