This place and the surrounding nature are a "different world" and worth visiting. The road via Sagarejo and Udabno has road signs, is easy to find and also good enough for 2-wheel drive. The road via Rustavi (stupidly suggested by Google maps) has no signs, requires GPS and a 4-wheel drive is recommended (we drove that dirt road on the way back to Tbilisi and we did not meet any car for 20 km). This place and the surrounding nature are a "different world" and worth visiting. The road via Sagarejo and Udabno has road signs, is easy to find and also good enough for 2-wheel drive. The road via Rustavi (stupidly suggested by Google maps) has no signs, requires GPS and a 4-wheel drive is recommended (we drove that dirt road on the way back to Tbilisi and we did not meet any car for 20 km).
