"This review is specifically for the “penthouse” suite with the private bathroom. We were very disappointed to arrive to find the bathroom filthy and clearly used and not cleaned. I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived. "Really enjoyed my stay - especially my beautiful balcony with an outdoor bath! Breakfast was AMAZING - a smorgasbord of delicious treats - definitely treat yourself and include it in your booking! Annie went above and beyond arranging tours of the local wineries for us - would give six stars if I could!"

"We had a decent stay overall however the hotel definitely fell short of our expectation. Only 1 restaurant was functional as opposed to the 3 advertised on their website. Had a little incident during dinner but they fully compensated us for it which was appreciated. Ordered 1 sunny side eggs for breakfast since the available options (especially vegetarian) were very limited - the eggs never came as we simply left after 45 mins. The property is clean however and the rooms are quite nicely designed. The spa was very good and they also have access to a bar and jaccuzi. Good overall but could have been much,much better."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It feels more like an home than a hotel. The staff arrives from another property to let you in,so make sure to let them know when you are arriving. It is on a narrow lane behind the main road which gives privacy and the great view. At our stay there was no onsite food, but there is a restaurant immediately behind, on the main road. You need to walk uo a dirt hill to get there. Food is good and friendly service. We all loved our stay here and would highly recommended the property. It's quirky but in a good way. !"

"This was easily the best place my partner and I stayed on our trip around Georgia. It was a beautiful property that was pristinely clean, and well-maintained. Good restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and it was such a great value. Next time I’m in Telavi, I’ll be looking to stay here!"

"Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. "
