Good starting point for hiking and biking on the Jasmund Peninsula. Shopping nearby. Distance to the sandy beach 8 km, to the ferry port 7 km, to the train station / RPNV 1 km House: With a size of about 40 square meters you will find space for up to 4 people. The house is fully equipped, in the living room with satellite TV, a cozy sitting area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a mini-kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Bed linen is provided, towels must be brought with you. The holiday home has a private terrace with garden furniture and a separate barbecue area behind the house. Similarly, for the holidaymakers of course has its own car parking space available. Shops are located about 300 meters nearby - hairdresser and several restaurants are also available close by. The sandy beach of Schaab from here only about 10 minutes - who does not come by car, can of course also take the bus or bike. Da wir sonst campen, brauchen wir auch nicht viel. Es gibt WLAN und ein smart TV, mit diversen Apps - bringt euer Netflix Konto mit! In der Küche gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, 2-Platten Herd, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach - das reicht vollkommen wenn man sonst nicht groß kochen will! Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank mit 2 Türen, einen Nachtschrank, im Schlafzimmer noch eine Garderobe mit Fächern. Und diverse Schränke im Wohnzimmer! Hier kriegt man auch zu viert alles unter. Die Sitzgarnitur ist noch in Ordnung, der Tisch groß genug für 4 Personen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen frühstücken. Negativ am Ort Sagard ist uns aufgefallen, dass es nicht überall Fußwege gibt, zum Bäcker geht man leider 400m an der stark befahrenen Landstraße entlang. Mit Kindern ist der Weg nicht so schön zu laufen. Der Garten ums Grundstück ist groß! Es blüht unheimlich schön. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es Wäscheleinen und viel Platz zum Toben. Ein eigener Parkplatz gehört ebenfalls dazu. Was uns am Haus negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der muffige Geruch. Im Bad an der Wand und unter den Kinderbetten schimmelt es. Und auch im Schlafzimmer verschwand der Geruch auch nach langem Lüften nicht. Vermutlich ein Problem mit der Isolierung. Im Wohnzimmer ist es daher auch Recht Fußkalt und klamm.Davon abgesehen hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! ##### Danni G. Frau Karger ist eine wirklich sehr nette, ältere , sehr freundliche Dame. Hilfsbereit, kommunikativ, höflich und ums Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Leider konnte das den Zustand der angebotenen Unterkunft nicht aufwiegen. Die komplette Einrichtung ist sehr sehr sehr alt, das Sofa dazu noch total fleckig, zum Teil sogar schon mit einer Decke bedeckt. Wir hatten glücklicherweise grosse Handtücher zum draufsetzen übrig. Im Bad hat ein Wasserschaden den Hängeschrank komplett ruiniert, was aber nicht dazu geführt hat, ihn zu ersetzen. Wir haben lieber nicht mehr gewagt , etwas reinzustellen. Schimmel an der Decke. Riecht auch etwas. Ne neue Klobürste wäre nett gewesen. Die Schlafzimmer sind von der Grösse noch ok, die Einrichtung aber auch hier nicht gut. Die Matratzen haben die beste Zeit lange hinter sich, die Schubladen im Schrank halten sich nur noch gegenseitig. Der Gartenbereich ist allerdings ganz nett und wir hätten auch den tollen Garten von Frau Karger nutzen dürfen, waren dazu aber nie rechtzeitig vor Ort. Abschließend fanden wir 75 € für diesen Zustand üüüüüüüüberhaupt nicht angemessen, eher unverschämt. Schade, denn Frau Karger als Gastgeberin hätten wir sonst sicher wieder gebucht. ##### Anke K. Sehr positiv war der Parkplatz direkt neben der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider war der Einbaukühlschrank defekt und die Vermieterin stellte uns einen Ersatz zur Verfügung, welcher jedoch für 4 Personen etwas klein war. Aber trotzdem konnten wir uns gut damit arrangieren. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Unsere Anmerkung bezüglich der wechselnden Wassertemperatur nahm sie an und kümmerte sich zeitnah. ##### Susann S.
