The holiday rental is part of a well-maintained, expansive holiday complex in the centre of Neddesitz—in the municipality of Sagard—and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany’s largest island!
Within the complex, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational and sports activities.
The water park is just a few steps away. For a fee, you can enjoy fun and relaxation there with indoor and outdoor pools, a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area, and a large beauty and wellness area! This area is available to guests year-round, which makes the holiday resort in Neddesitz particularly appealing outside of the summer season. Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price!

The holiday apartment, which has its own entrance, measures 73 square metres and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home. The two-room apartment sleeps four people.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, an additional toilet, and a terrace.
Pets are allowed. Please note that additional fees apply for pets.

The bedroom features a double bed. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two additional guests to sleep on a fold-out bed. In addition to a sofa area, there is a dining table. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. Other kitchen appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, are, of course, included as standard equipment!
Large floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the patio. Enjoy many sunny hours here with a magnificent view of the countryside.
The naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet is bright and modern. There is also a separate toilet with a sink off the bedroom.
Wi-Fi is free in the apartment; you simply need to ask for a code at the hotel complex’s front desk upon arrival. If you’d like to sit down to a set breakfast table during your holiday, that’s no problem either! You can book a full breakfast on-site at the hotel.
Of course, a free parking space is available right nearby. It’s numbered 263, corresponding to the apartment number.
