The building is not kept up well as much as the other hotels we visited. It’s quite worn and even dirty in many areas. We accidentally booked a smoking room and that floor was bad (9th I believe). But most of the building we were in smelled like smoke. We were charged way more for a non smoking room. Check in staff was kind, morning staff was not. Not many amenities at all, not even pajamas which we’ve learned is regular practice at most Japan hotels.
