The rooms were clean, all amenities were available, but I would only rate this hotel as a budget friendly option. The merits of the hotel were: cheap, super close to the station. The rooms are however dated. I could also hear the other guests talk or flushing the toilet from the room, but not bad enough to keep me awake.
