Bed isn't the most comfortable

Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy.

The location is convenient fairly clean, but pretty small room. Sink faucet was leaking. Sometimes we find pool of water under the sink. But overall, we stayed for three nights and it was nice

The housekeeping team did a tremendous job every single day. Each time we returned to our room, it felt just like the moment we first checked in — perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Their consistency and attention to detail were remarkable. I would also like to sincerely thank Lunar Moon from the front office team. She was genuinely kind and helpful, and you could truly feel her sincerity in the way she assisted us. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience. During check-out, Ellie from the front office was absolutely amazing. She continued to assist us until we were comfortably settled into our taxi. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel.
