  • Welcome to Savorn's Boutique Brownstone, designed for group getaways in Rancho Cordova. Overlooking Village Green Park and Amphitheater, it's just minutes from the American River Parkway and Lake Natoma. Thoughtfully designed for groups, this spacious 3-story home offers bedrooms and full bathrooms on every level, two King suites, a stylish lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a private patio, and walkable dining, concerts, and family fun.

    I love how naturally the Brownstone brings people together. The open living spaces make it easy to share meals, games, and conversations, while the three-story layout gives everyone room to recharge when they need a little quiet time. After a day on the river or at the tennis courts, guests often end the evening around the fire pit or relaxing on the patio before walking to dinner or a concert in Village Green Park.
