The neighborhood is not often monitored by parking enforcement so guests never have trouble leaving their cars passed the 1 hour parking limit. Be aware of street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Street cleaning signs apply to everyone - even vehicles with parking permits. The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM. Guest Access: Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest. Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation. The Neighborhood: Our charming neighborhood is walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Pickup an electric scooter or electric bike around the neighborhood and enjoy a ride around town. Ride through our state capitol, have a picnic at one of our 28 parks, or enjoy sunset ride back from dinner at one of our many award-winning restaurants.
