Airport hotel for business travelers, nothing more

This is basically an airport hotel with nothing around but some suburban office parks and what appears to be a very shady neighborhood. We were frustrated on arrival to find that they charge for parking - obviously done because you have no other option, not because you're in the City Center and land is at a premium. This really put us off because it's done specifically to gouge customers. You obviously don't have the option not to have a car given the hotel's location. The hotel has little in the way of amenities - again, fine for the business traveler they are obviously targeting. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very small and the bed was way too soft - incredibly uncomfortable. Also, when we were checking in someone else was checking at the same time and the guy checking her in asked her if she would like a cookie and the woman checking us in didn't. Very odd and off-putting. We wouldn't stay here again.
