We had a wonderful stay! The hotel felt very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything smelled fresh and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance of the mall and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and stores. Very convenient and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The walls are thin. We woke up to our neighboring room's alarm. You can clearly hear their conversations if you're in the bathroom. There were some heavy walkers in the room above us too. However, we do like to apologize to the people in the next room. My husband snores quite loudly, so I hope that's not the reason why it took them awhile to wake up when the alarm was going off. Someone else's snack purchases were also charged to our room, but they took it off when we told them that it wasn't us. Very new and very clean hotel; very modern. Staff was really nice. Bathroom has the high rain like shower heads, but it felt like only 85% of me was getting rained on. I'm not thin but not really big either. Saw a vent but couldn't find the bathroom fan switch. The floor by the elevator vibrates when the elevator is going up/down. Otherwise, the stay was nice. Kids liked being able to walk to Palladio to shop.

It appears clean, sheets were spotless however my daughter told me there was a hair on the towel. I also saw a hair on the makeup removal dark towel. However, They were accommodating for an early check in. Though reception said our room number out loud, this can be concern for safety. Free parking is appreciated. Complimentary Lavender satchel pack and bath steamer essential oil was a nice touch!
