Very nice and beautiful place to stay the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast however had stale sausages, but I won’t hold that against them. It was a lovely stay overall.

We arrived after midnight and the check-in was easy. The room assigned to us was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel to various restaurants and the Westfield Galleria shopping center and other shopping was an added benefit to staying at the hotel. I particularly want to give a shout-out to the manager, Shane, who was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay at the Larkspur Landing.

Not impressed. This hotel is looking run down. The carpet was pretty awful, the room looked like a motel, and they charged $12 a night to park in a normal parking lot. This isn’t in the middle of a busy city center and parking wasn’t hard to find. Felt like a scam.

Excellent for the minimalist business traveler with standards. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff Studio Room was clean and spacious and included a cook top. Microwave was the only oven. Grounds were serene for an urban location and parking was plentiful. Very quiet with Soundproof walls. No Do Not Disturb Sign for the door. There was not routine room servicing, though, unless requested. No safe in room Breakfast was limited, very processed and packaged but tasty with sufficient protein. Exercise room in ill repair and limited. $12 parking fee was not disclosed on Expedia. At least that is not an exorbitant parking fee. There is no pool.

My stay here for four nights in July was superb. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Parking plentiful. Chocolate chip cookies available at the front desk were delicious. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, but my stay here was absolutely great.

We absolutely love this property. Everything was clean. The rooms were super nice air-conditioning. Very very cold. We got an accessible room and it was truly accessible. Literally only steps from the front door. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

I've been coming to Roseville for work over the past 15 years, however this is the 1st time I stay past the Galleria, I usually stay around Blue Oaks, I don't understand why they charge guest $12 for Parking., when I asked about it, I was told other hotel charge for Parking, they started to charge also. The only things going for this place it's right across the water park and there are nearby restaurants, the same goes for the other places that I stayed. 2) Breakfast was minimal, like to go items, no hot plate like Eggs, waffle(you get boil eggs) juice, coffee, there's a package waffle, overall breakfast was nothing to write about. only positive I can write, I was late from a meeting, and I requested a late check out, and it was granted so I wouldn't have to pay extra.
