In an effort to constantly improve the property, there may be yard service or maintenance on the grounds during normal business hours. Lawn Service is Tuesday afternoon. Trash service is Friday.

With UC Davis and the Vet School only a quick 25-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away, it’s an ideal location for visiting students, faculty, or those attending events on campus. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join you!

The home is yours to use. This home offers a driveway as well as plenty of on street parking. There is a locked bedroom and locked hallway closet. This home is used by the family that owns it when they stay in Davis and those rooms are their personal areas when they stay.
