My main reason for the “okay” rating was the shower has poor water pressure. The place is very dated. Staff was friendly. Parking and location great. Bed comfortable. I would not stay again because of the shower.

Modern little cottage suitable for a solo traveler with everything you would need in a compact size. Everything worked properly. Close to a busy road so there was traffic noise starting around 6 am.

It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach
