"I have stayed more than 1,000 nights in hotels around the world. This was my favorite stay. The view of the valley and mountains is unparalleled and I have never met a staff who made me feel like family like those of the Hotel Beau-Site. I have recommended to all of my family and friends. "

We had an enchanting time and made all the better by our host on check in called Ana. She was soo helpful and friendly. She checked us in early, gave us vouchers to spend at the HR Giger museum, which was our main goal of our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving breakfast was also extremely lovely. Would 100% stay here again. Visited in September 2024

Very pleasant experience - staff friendly helpful and provided recommendations as to places to visit. The views from the room were stunning and gave great sunsets views over the lake and mountains. Hotel is close to the station and tram line. Overall excellent!

The hotel was a stop over on a train journey from Geneve Aeroport to Savognin… the long way via the Furka Oberalpass. Our room was simple and just perfect. Beautifully quiet for a good nights sleep. The welcome was warm, and dinner in the restaurant lovely… All staff were super friendly.

The hotel had air conditioning, which was the only thing I needed from it during a heatwave trip. It was clean, convenient and comfortable, but most importantly it was cool. My beagles and I were very happy here. I must mention that the staff are outstanding. My first night here, I went to the bar to get a bottle of Coke to take to the room with me and the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) brought it up to the third floor as I had my hands full. I didn’t ask for this, he kindly offered...

Firstly, driving here at night is scary, especially at 3am, but on a road-trip from London, that was unavoidable. Also, reception closes at 10pm & so does check-in technically.
But that's part of the whole deal I guess. As Londoner's, we're so used to 24-hour instant gratification that perhaps, we needed to come to somewhere like this.
We phoned the hotel to let them know we were going to miss check-in and they left the keys in an easy to find location so we could get to our room. It took...

The evening member of staff who welcomed us late on Sunday 10 February she really went the extra mile, she assisted in helping two very weary travellers get something to eat when everywhere appeared to be closed. The delivery pizza was very welcome at 23.00. She was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond her duties.
