"The breakfast was good. We got there half an hour before it ended and it was still hot and plenty to choose from. The staff was friendly. The room was good other than the bathroom. The shower was hard to adjust and the drain was damaged."

"staff was amazing and attentive as much as possible. missing ceiling tiles, broken water leak stained ceiling tiles. 2nd night out heater/ac unit was in cooling set to 73 with fan in auto. woke up 3:30am, room was 67 degrees and unit not responding to thermostat commands. at 4-4:30 went to front desk to see if they had main breaker access. NO. suggested moving rooms with all our stuff and our kid. i walked away without saying a word as she was respectful and not her fault. spent another 20 mins messing with thermostat before unit responded. Wife went to front desk and got offered same thing and a $50 credit off the $520.00 bill. I always though hampton inn’s we’re a corporate hilton property but learned they are franchised. also asked staff with housekeeping cart for more towels morning of 2nd day and she said to ask the front desk later on because she couldn’t give them out. fyi…. i usually never leave reviews at all but i was and am still annoyed "

"So our stay was fine, but as far as bedding; the bed and pillows were horrible. The staff was great we had a hiccup with our TV was handled properly and very fast. Breakfast I did not get a chance to eat being on vacation I didn’t get up until 9:30A so think time for breakfast should have been until at least 10:00A. Location was good and again everything else was great. "

"Lovely home with plenty of room for my family to spread out. Check in time was a bit late to handle as it was around dinner time, but otherwise it was smooth. I do wish there were a few more basic items, like kitchen items, and towels. We managed by doing a fair bit of dish washing and laundry, but it would have been more helpful to have a few more basics. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay."

"The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free "
