"The property was in a good location close to the beach and center city. It was also clean and very quiet. The only downside was that it smelled heavily of tobacco and it was supposed to be a non smoking rental. There also were not enough towels for everyone, no soap of any kind anywhere and one skimpy roll of toilet paper for 4 days. We had to buy all the basic sanitary products which should have been included. "

Just returned to the UK from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel was lovely, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel.

The views from our room were beautiful. They made up for the fact our room was in need of updating. Whilst very tired it was still acceptable and clean. We booked just the room so paid for breakfast the first morning. Not so good with cold overcooked eggs. However we gave it another go and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd attempt. Hotel right on the beach and very near the town for shops and restaurants. The bar, restaurant and lounge also had stunning views. Would happily go back.

Hotel Sant Pol

8/10 Good

Great value hotel in a stunning location. The room was large and clean - with a great balcony. Some of the staff (all except the gut who served breakfast) could hardly care less. Everyone seemed a bit tired of travellers & tourists tbh! Without warning, the front door was locked at 10pm and we struggled to get back in (neither the call bell or phone numbers worked). Great place - but staff could try harder 😉 and “customer service” could be better.

Hotel Diana

10/10 Excellent

This small 20 bedded, intimate hotel is probably one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. What a delight to be served by waiters and the staff were so polite - nothing too much trouble. Be prepared to let out your waistband because the food, especially the breakfast, is to die for. Unlike some of it's more noisy neighbouring towns Tossa de Mar remains relatively unspoilt, particularly the historic old town, although it does get busy with Spanish locals at weekends. All in all a most...
