It is on the second floor with a quiet street view from the living room. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed. There is a complete bathroom with shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and parking space. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. It was also clean and very quiet. The only downside was that it smelled heavily of tobacco and it was supposed to be a non smoking rental. There also were not enough towels for everyone, no soap of any kind anywhere and one skimpy roll of toilet paper for 4 days. I under you would not supply shampoo, but we’re also supposed to carry a bar of soap with us? And, no toilet paper?! No toilet paper is ridiculous. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped so don’t expect to cook much. When we arrived there was a terrible smell, quite musty and a little fishy. It aired out by the next day but only after we ran the air conditioning overnight. The floors needed sweeping, and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no paper towels (I don’t know if that’s typical for the area).
