It is located on the second floor and has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared pool with a large garden area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, AC, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, and private parking space in the garage for one car. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment.
