"Dark room nothing like pictures. Card access not working on floor or lift. Fridge had pool of water inside. Check out at 10 am. Small insects in the room. Towels not replaced. No safe in room. Lack of space, had to leave suitcase on floor. Good TV and excellent location downtown. "

"Overall visit was good. Breakfast was great and enjoyed the bar - staff very friendly, calm vibe. Room was lovely but bathroom was not the cleanest - some hair left in bath and skim of soap on the bathroom floor made it slippery even when not wet. Arrived as linen truck was loading/unloading and resulting in blocking of driveway so getting in and unloading luggage was a minor hassle. Comfy bed, good amenities and breakfast staff helpful and friendly."
