"I specifically booked this room because on the listing it said that it included a king bed and a twin bed and when I got there, it was just a king bed. I tried reaching out to the phone number. They provided to discuss this matter, but they told me that it’s not even their listing and that’s the room I booked. They didn’t offer any accommodations for a family of two adults and two kids so we all had to sleep in that one bed. I’m not sure how they are conducting business here, but I’m pretty sure that’s false advertisement."

"There is no breakfast they charge so much for the rooms. No parking lot they charge you like $60 only for park your car you waste too much money for nothing if they charge although they should be cheaper the rooms no reference in the parking."

"It's very close to Universal Studios. The front desk service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean."

"As soon as we came out of the elevator it stunk like cigarette smoke on the entire floor and in our bedroom. The smell was so strong in the carpets and curtains, it was pretty gross. The shuttle to Universal was really convenient, and the food in the courtyard was good. The movies playing at the pool was a really fun idea although it was too cold at night. "

"If you value clean do not come here I got the apartment and it was absolutely disgusting the refrigerator smelled of rotten eggs crumbs left on the counter in the kitchen there was a towel wrapped around the pipe in the bathroom that has been in that same spot for years the bathtub had a long hard brown sap coming from the shower head the bed had hair from different people like the sheets was not changed from previous stays the pull out couch did not have sheets just an old comforter the walls disgusting parts falling off on the bottom of the counter no up keep with this place Just trying to make money the cleaning lady is over worked she house keeping landscaping and a handyman as she had to come in an change the battery on the door WHILE we was in the room mind you the owner was not apologetic at all when I sent pictures over of how the room looked just switched my room which was a little cleaner than the other one. You can hear every car and person walk past it’s terrible only plus it’s close to the walk of fame and different places to eat and souvenir shops Moral of the review FIND SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!"

"We didn’t spend much time in our room so our stay at the Tilt was basically just a place to sleep and get ready. The room was clean and staff was great. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the pool was too cold for us to get to use. Other than that all was pleasant."
