"I stayed at Spark by Hilton Williams once, and it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Even after I checked out, one of the staff members generously gave me access to the Wi-Fi so I could use my phone and FaceTime my boyfriend. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area!"

"Stay was amazing. Great getaway from the city life to enjoy a bit of nature with friends and family. We had a great time. However, I’m a bit confused about pricing from hotels.com. I went with hotels.com thinking it was going to come with the full amenities such as sheets and beddings that’s why I opted to book through hotels.com. However, after checking in, I realized hotels.com charged us more but arranged for a stay without beddings which was confirmed with the invoice after our stay (significantly lower price). Overall, my family had a great stay but it makes me hesitant pf booking with hotels.com in the future. "
