It is centrally located to allow day trips to Annecy, Geneva, Chamonix and other popular locations. The old village of Rumilly is also just a 3-minute drive down the hill. Our host Dominique was wonderful and was easy to reach when we had a question. He also suggested some local tourist destinations that we were not aware of, including the Abbaye d'Hautecombe. ##### John S. La ville de Rumilly est juste assez grande pour avoir toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très pratique. Et la région fourmille d'endroits à visiter pour les citadins comme pour les randonneurs.
