- This listing is for the second floor. This is a 2 family home. This home has a lot of natural light overlooking the mountains, this home would be a perfect get away for a family gathering or a get together with good friends for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, 4 wheeling, kayaking or just about anything you can think of. Year round fun in the mountains for summer,spring, fall, and winter activities!
This 2nd floor rental has 3 nice size bedrooms 1 with master bath. There is an additional bathroom, over size living room, nice dining room. Each bedroom and living room have TV's. Trails right off the property. Black mountain ski area 10 mins and Sunday River 30 mins away.
