Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
When you login to the customer portal, call and make sure all of the codes are correct because I had to keep calling to figure out the codes. The guest house is included in the listing but when I called a woman said that I didnt have access and with 8 kids and 6 adults we needed the rooms and bathrooms. I called again the next day and spoke to someone different that confirmed we DID have access to the guest house. It was a little confusing and i spent more time than i needed to on the phone. Also make sure you bring your own trash bags and paper towels - kids make a lot of crumbs so your own cleaning supplies: swiffer wet jet, broom, cleaning sprays. Be sure to also bring your own soaps for the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner. Do not forget to bring bug killer spray! at night, there were a lot of spiders and ants that were crawling around the bathrooms. I think it was a nice stay......but you need to really be prepared.
