Das kleine alleinstehende Ferienhaus steht direkt am Wald und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Durch den Zugang zum sauberen Außenpool und Sauna (kostenlos) wird für jedes Wetter eine Erholungsmöglichkeit geboten. Familie Högl lebt mit auf dem Grundstück und war für uns sehr angenehm als Gastgeber. Auf Anfrage gibt es täglichen Brötchenservice und auch sonst sind sie jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit gewesen. Außer dem Ferienhaus gibt es noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen. Vom Ferienhof aus hat man gute Anbindung mit Auto oder Bus zu zahlreichen und verschiedensten Freizeitaktivitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können den Ferienhof Högl wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man Idylle an einem Ort sucht, an dem die Welt noch on Ordnung zu sein scheint. ##### Anja L. Einen Ofen gibt es dafür nicht. Der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten ist groß und wunderbar zum verweilen und essen. Unsere Kinder hatten große Freude an dem Pool. Der Höglhof ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, die in der Nähe gelegene Straße hört man zwar leicht, war aber nicht weiter störend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Stayed 8 nights in Jul 2019 Archival ### 4/10 Poor #### Anni H. 3 Mar 2017 #### Urlaub mit Familie und Hund Aufgrund der durchweg positiven Bewertungen hier, haben wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Wir wollten Silvester in dieser wahnsinnig schönen Gegend verbringen, sind dann aber aufgrund der Misstände vorzeitig abgereist. Nun zu der Wohnung: von Außen ein niedliches Fachwerkgebäude, mit vier Ferienwhg. Unsere Whg. lag oben rechts. Das WC ist vom eigentlichen Bad getrennt und hat auch kein Waschbecken, dafür hat das eigentliche Bad zwei davon. Die Duschabtrennung, sehr verkalkt, lies sich schwer öffnen und an der Decke befanden sich schwarze große Flecken( Schimmel?). Die Armatur selbst war von Kinderhand gar nicht zu betätigen, da so verkalkt, da brauchte man schon ordentlich Kraft. Das Schlafzimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Unser Hund hat nach nicht mal 12 Std. angefangen sich zu kratzen und die Augen tränten. Er reagiert auf Milben! Da er im Schlafzimmer sowieso nichts zu suchen hat, konnten wir dieses Problem fix lösen. Da ich auf Federn allergisch reagiere musste ich die Hausherrin fragen, ob es möglich wäre ein synthetisches Kissen zu bekommen. Das war auch kein Problem, wenn auch gleich die Reaktion darauf von Ihr etwas merkwürdig war. Nicht toll fand ich, dass das Kissen mir nicht gegeben wurde, sondern bereits in der Whg. lag, als wir von der Wandertour zurück kamen. Ich hab es in einer Ferienwhg.nicht so gerne, wenn der Vermieter einfach so rein und raus geht wie er möchte! Die Küche ist sehr veraltet ( Schränke lassen sich nicht richtig öffnen oder schließen) und auch das Mobilar ist nicht wirklich einladend um sich abends gemütlich hinzufletzen. Nachdem wir um einen Besen gebeten haben, zeigte man uns eine Abstellkammer, die für alle Whg. genutzt werden konnte. Da fanden wir nicht nur den Besen, sondern auch ein offenes Regal wo alle Kopfkissen unverpackt so offen und durcheinander lagen. Das ist so unhygienisch!!!! Die Wände sind nicht dick, somit hört man jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn und umgekehrt. Es wurde von einem "parkähnlichen" Garten berichtet. Es ist eine Grünfläche mit einem Swimmingpool. Laut Hausordung, die in der Whg. ausliegt, möchte man auch nicht, dass Kinder in diesem Garten spielen und bittet darum, dass Hunde im Garten nichts zu suchen haben. Gut das nicht Sommer war! Ich habe zwei Sterne vergeben, da die Umgebung ein Traum ist und es von außen ein niedlicher Bauernhof ist. Leider mit dieser Whg. nicht mehr! Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. ##### Anni H. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Tanja B. 2 Jan 2017 #### Zum Wohlfühlen!!!! Wir verbrachten Weihnachten 16 und Silvester am Höglhof mit Familie und Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gepflegte schöne Wohnung. Es gab einen kleinen Weihnachtsbaum und Kerzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Lage des Hofes ist toll. Man kann direkt loswandern. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Andreas B. 3 Oct 2016 #### Wohlfühloase mit Charme Auf einem liebevoll angelegtem Hof mit traumhaft parkähnlichem Grundstück wird man herzlich begrüßt. Die Vermieter helfen auch gerne mit 3-er Steckdosen aus, wenn bei dem ganzen technischen Equibment die Steckdosen "ausgehen". In dem Ferienhäuschen kann man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter wohlfühlen. Als sehr angenehm haben wir empfunden, dass WC und Dusche voneinander getrennt sind. Nach Tagesausflügen haben wir die Ruhe und den wunderbaren Ausblick am und im Pool als Sahnehäubchen genießen können. Aber auch der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können den Högl Hof von Herzen empfehlen. ##### Andreas B. The property was clean and very well-equipped. It is in a good location to explore and discover the delights of Chiemgau region. There are some lovely walks in the area. Plus, we really enjoyed our Extracard. La ciliegina sulla torta è l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, che sono sorridenti e cordiali in un luogo delizioso. grazie ##### ermanno s. We spent 10 nights as a family of 4 in this beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The Apartment was clean and tidy and everything you need is provided. Homeowners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the local extra card provides good value and free entry to local activities and free parking and transport.
